This is proper fun 🙂 after nearly 5 months, we got someone a new job.

Let’s call her Sandra. Massive well done Sandra, I am genuinely stoked/ exhausted for you.

Now, here’s the thing… the stark reality of any space, legaltech, sales, or life in general, is that to actually succeed at anything, you’ve got to stay in the game long enough.

You’ve got to try hard to bin off the stupid stuff, or at least minimise it.

And let’s be honest, I do loads of stupid stuff, all the time, repeating the same mistakes on every call, and it does my nut……. if you hear me shouting it will be at myself.

Bobby J, get three bits of intel, ask if they want the newsletter and if they know anyone else looking!!!

It ain’t hard. It’s the doing it, consistently, over and over, when every part of you wants to collapse into self-doubt or take a shortcut

That’s why Sandra ended up landing the job. Just stay on target:

So yeah, mistakes happen. Frustration happens. Self-doubt happens. But the magic isn’t in avoiding it, it’s in grinding through it.

I hate it but is there any other option, not so sure???
