so not clickbait but yesterday we received our marching orders from what on paper is our biggest client.
But did we actually? That is the question spinning in my head.
After a cry and stress eating half a chicken courtesy of Nando’s I started working out the numbers.
On paper these guys are the ones, open ended hiring all the cash = lovely stuff.
BUT in our 6 months of trying we only placed 1 person 1!!!!! Versus the 1,000’s of hours of effort.
I’m sure all of you think about opportunity cost and the numbers ain’t stacking, they have great exposure anyway, an inbuilt team and we where just overflow.
where with another another client we got the engagement then closed the role in 2 weeks.
moral something might be shiny but is it paying the Nando’s habit??
