LegalTech right now feels like a weird in-between.

We’re holding onto old ways of doing things, methods that might have worked in the past but in a world that’s evolving faster than ever, those methods often don’t cut it anymore.

As I always say, the litmus test is simple: is what you’re doing better than a pen and a dog and bone?

If it’s not, it’s time to rethink, move faster, and sometimes… go alone.

Going fast doesn’t always mean following the crowd. In fact, most of the time, it means ignoring the noise, focusing on what actually works, and being willing to do it differently.

Keep your head down, your ideas sharp, and don’t get distracted by the horse shii.
