Hey Dyslexx freid
Off to Richmond to learn about Robits
I am double sceptical about Ai in the sales game, automation feels dead to me, especially if you want to get any response.
I basically spend my life thinking up clickbait titles for emails to get responses.
Some of my favourites from this week:
Hey Dyslexx freid
Pause the Eggs
A Talent Birdie
Paint Drying Experiment
Anyway, at the time of writing, I’m off to Richmond to meet a clever chap who’s going to teach me about Sales Agentic Robots.
I feel it’s something I should know about,
but will it really impact what we do? Honestly, no idea.
I’m actually not too bad at the sales game when I get going, but what I suck at is:
organisation.
Peaks and troughs of effort,
sometimes I work like a Spartan, other times like a slug. So if some of these tools can level out the slug moments, I think that would be good.
The guy I’m meeting (like everyone we should engage with) is smarter than me, so I’m just there to steal his learnings and chat about sales bots.
No idea if it’s any good, no idea if there’ll be any ROI — we’ll see.
All the leaders and founders I talk to are shhiiiiiing themselves about AI and feel they need to get ahead of the curve.
But honestly, kicking it old school, trying to get in front of people, and building real human connection is still our key objective.
Anyway — I’ll report back if it’s crap or worth stressing over.
Much love,
Rob
