your outreach is crap

The sales process i'm seeing ain't great

Now… I’ve moaned about this a lot on LinkedIn lately, but it needs saying again.

The outreach from my wolfpack to their prospects and clients over the past couple of weeks has been… let’s just say, FUBAR. 🥴

And look!!!!! I get it. Staying consistent with outreach is hard.

It’s uncomfortable. It’s repetitive and REALLY REALLY sodding BORING

It often feels like shouting into the void.

But if you want to get better, you’ve got to stay in the game, even when the replies are cold and the meetings are slow (I reckon I sent 200 a week and get a 1% response rate).

You don’t need to make 100 calls a day to win.
But you do need to show up, every day, in some form.

Write one better message. Record one short video. Share one genuine story from your week.

That’s how you get better. That’s how you stay consistent.

So I know this stuff is hitting home.
You’re feeling it. You’re frustrated. And you want to find your rhythm again.

So here’s my promise:
Over the next few weeks, I’ll share practical ways to get consistent, without the burnout, the fake enthusiasm, or the 500-calls-a-week nonsense.

Because what i am seeing is Trash, and you guys are not going to grow and need new headcount if you don’t sell something!!!
